Ensuring consistent execution across internal teams

TransLogic, a Swisslog Healthcare Company, approached their market expansion in the USA with a critical objective: to establish a sub-brand that honors their 100-year legacy in pneumatic tube systems while clearly positioning the company as an industry leader in cutting-edge hospital logistics.

In addition to my signature strategy process, I led two on-site branding intensives (one with C-suite executives, one with the Marketing team) tailored to align the sub-brand’s strategy with the broader long-term objectives of TransLogic and it’s parent company, Swisslog Healthcare. These sessions ensured cross-departmental alignment, fostering a cohesive approach to the brand's evolution, and served as the fundamental datapoints on which the brand strategy and identity were built. I also facilitated focus groups will all key constituents and audiences to further guide our strategy. The resulting brand identity successfully highlights TransLogic’s technological prowess and enduring reputation while positioning it as a trusted, innovative partner for USA healthcare systems.

The new sub-brand strategy has since supported improvements in brand recognition and is driving growth through a targeted, legacy-aware design approach that resonates with key stakeholders and prospective partners.
