Habit Tracker Printable—1 New Habit

Consistency is the key to progress. As outsiders, we often see others' successes as overnight transformations, but rarely is that the case. It's more likely that they were make small steps daily to help them get to where they are now.

In order to make progress on our goals, we must do the unsexy work of forming new habits that lead us there. This 30-day habit tracker was designed to really help you lock-down one new habit.

Seeing your overall progress will help you get back on track if you miss a day because you'll see in the grand scheme, you're still making great progress. I've also included sections where you can get really clear on why this habit is important to you, how you'll feel when you've accomplished, and how you plan to reward yourself for mastering a new habit (I'm all for treating yourself)!

Finally, there's a section where you can specify how much grace, or leeway, you want to give yourself in terms of reaching your goal. I don't think anyone's perfect, so I like to give myself a few freebies for when I inevitably mess up when developing a new habit and thought you might like to as well.

If you've got multiple habits you're trying to work on at once, you can print out multiple copies of this OR check out my other habit tracker that will accommodate up to 15 different habits!
